The Space:
This wonderful 4BR Home features, 3800 sq. ft. of comfort and very sophisticated space. It has one (1) King Bed, two (2) Queen Bed, three (3) Twin Trundle Beds, one (1) Bunk Bed and one (1) Sofa Bed. All divided into four bedrooms, also offers four bathrooms with Jacuzzi Tub. TV, air conditioning, internet, washing machine, private patio, with furniture to sunbathe or enjoy a morning coffee. Elegant kitchen with toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Enjoy the grill and share a delicious barbecue on your vacation.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private.

Other Things to Note:
1. If possible, a late check-out can be arranged upon request, with an additional fee of $354.
2. Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smell or trace of smoke, you will be subject to a fine of $500.
3. No parties are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $4,000 and/or eviction.
4. The presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered non-compliance with house rules and will result in additional fines of $400 per guest and/or eviction.
5. Filming, photoshoots and production activities are accepted. Depending on the size and duration of the event, additional charges may apply. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized productions will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.


JACUZZI:
There is a $59 fee per stay to heat the jacuzzi, please let us know if you'd like to use it, and we can send in a request to pay this fee.

PETS:
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $59 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
