All items from the fridge must be removed and taken with you.
Garbage and recycling is your responsibility to take away when checking out. Please make sure there is nothing left inside or outside. A $200.00 garbage fee will be charged if anything is left behind. There is no cost but seasonal hours are on their website.
Please respect the neighbours and keep noise low between 11pm to 8am.
No events or parties are permitted on the property.
No pets allowed.
Please make sure all doors/windows are closed and locked before leaving the property.
This cottage is on septic. Only human waste and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. No grease down the drains.
Dishes are to be cleaned upon departure.
Tap water is not potable.
Renters must provide there own wood.
Smoking permitted only outdoors.
