Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking to hike, ski, take advantage of the village shopping, restaurants and nightlife, or just spend some time working from home in the mountains.

Leave your car in the parking lot and take advantage of the quick FREE bus ride to Lionshead and Vail Village (buses run every 20 minutes) for easy access to amazing skiing, mountain biking, restaurants, shopping, concerts, and the village nightlife.

*Free parking for 1 vehicle provided!

*Couch is a pull-out if you have an additional guest or two.

*Wind down on the new king bed in the upstairs bedroom offering plenty of space.

*Enjoy free WiFi, Netflix, coffee, a renovated fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances.

*Pick the convenience of a Mr. Coffee coffee maker or get crafty with the Chemex. (I personally do not use the Keurig and so do not keep pods stocked, but provide one in the cabinets if that is your preferred cup of joe!)

Guest access:
Private use of the full condo and free parking for 1 vehicle on-site. Instructions on access will be sent once a reservation is confirmed.

Other things to note:
No pets. Pets present a health hazard to owner, so unfortunately no service animals.

Smoke free property, even on balcony. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No parties/group events allowed.

Although roads and driveways are usually plowed, mountain roads, the parking lot ramp, and parking lots ramps can be curvy, steep, snowy, icy, and subject to unpredictable weather conditions. Four-wheel drive and snow tires or chains required by Colorado law during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions, inclement weather, or closure of ski resorts/cancellation of events.
