Beyond skiing, local adventures include incredible hiking treks through dense aspen groves, amazing rafting come spring and summer, dog- sledding, horseback riding, mine-exploring, fly-fishing and so more. Head into town for plenty of entertainment, dining to sate any craving and shopping venues boasting everything from haute couture to handmade local designs.

The details of Aspen Mountain Residences are documented multiple times on this site so I won't repeat. All units enjoy all of the amenities of the resort -complimentary breakfast, shuttle service to other ski mountains, etc. It is without a doubt a fabulous resort. As is the location of Aspen Mountain Residences important to Aspens wonderful restaurants, ski lift, shopping - so too is this unit located within the resort. I picked this unit for several reasons. The most important facts you need to know to compare are these: The unit is the largest two-bedroom unit (1800 sq ft). The second bedroom( lock off) is as large as some one-bedroom condos. It even has a mini kitchen in the second bedroom. The second bedroom also has a balcony. - Also a walk-in closet. It has a large gourmet kitchen, very large deluxe bathrooms (with steamers, tubs, heated floors), three fireplaces, TVs (flat screen in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen- even in the bathrooms)- laundry W/D in the unit. The week was purchased after reviewing/researching the average snowfall for the last 100 yrs and this week was excellent for snow fall. After ten years I agree. I have had great snow ( including new powder) every visit.
