As you enter the main living area, you'll be greeted by a spacious and brightly lit living room and kitchen. Large doors open onto the inviting ground-floor patio, allowing you to relax on the comfortable sectional while basking in the refreshing ocean breeze. THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-The property is 3 stories with stairs
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Bath tub jets are in-operable.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

Two tandem garages. There is parking for two cars in each tandem garage (6'9 H x 8'0 W x 32'0 D).
