Our residence is surrounded by West Palm Beach`s most historical and affluent neighborhoods our home offers convenient access to a plethora of attractions and activities. Minutes away from the Convention Center, explore the lively Clematis Street with its bustling nightlife, dine at trendy restaurants, or immerse yourself in art and culture at nearby museums and galleries. The sparkling beaches are just a short drive away, offering you the chance to soak up the sun and surf to your heart`s content. You will be able to walk to everything in minutes.

Nonetheless, having a car in South Florida is most often essential and practical particularly when you have access to free parking at the property. Uber is also great for acquiring inexpensive rides nearby. You can also acquire a ride from the trolley that picks up people at City Place or order a free circuit ride through the app.

For additional safety the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras facing the parking and the backyard.

7. Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to credit card on file.
