The space
Indulge in sweeping mountain views of both NC & TN from the deck's hot tub, promising a daily, stunning sunset. Relax in the game room with a new pool table, Donkey Kong arcade, air hockey, big screen TV, and captivating views. Abundant wildlife and hiking trails are just steps away, with remarkably friendly deer even open to hand-feeding, creating a perfect blend of comfort and adventure in our cozy chalet. Enjoy Beech Mountain's slopes and explore nearby attractions like Sugar Mountain and Grandfather Mountain. Engage in family-friendly activities like tubing, mini-golf, and gem mining. The fully equipped kitchen, also boasting exceptional views, makes meal prep a breeze. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, deck gas fire pit, and indoor fireplace for warm relaxation. Retreat to exceptionally comfortable beds with warm duvets for a well-deserved night's rest. Park effortlessly in our gravel space for six vehicles, just a 5-minute drive (1.7 miles) to Ski Beech Mountain's slopes. This expansive 4-bedroom house is thoughtfully designed to offer a spacious and versatile layout. On the main level, a king bedroom with a full bath can be closed off, providing convenient access for guests without disturbing those in the bedroom. The mid-level features a day bed for one, while the lower level boasts a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom (both with vanities), a "Bunk" room (full on bottom, twin on top), a full bath, and a game room for entertainment. The layout is strategically organized to allow for multiple spaces to be used simultaneously, ensuring that people can enjoy various activities without feeling crowded. The laundry room includes a 1/2 bath for added convenience.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all amenities in the home, and every aspect is newly furnished and fully functional. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that guests thoroughly read all instructions and operational manuals provided for the hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, and games before usage. The game room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, and a Donkey Kong arcade game, offering entertainment for everyone's enjoyment. The driveway is gravel, but the main access road is asphalt. We have a heated garage for snow gear removal or to safely store motorcycles for our fellow bike riders!
Other things to note
While you'll enjoy all the comforts of home, please be prepared for some self-sufficiency. Guests are responsible for tasks such as changing propane tanks, driving in snowy conditions, and maintaining the hot tub, gas fire pits, and other amenities. Our maintenance team is available for EMERGENCIES ONLY.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.
- Use FIRELOGS (e.g., Duraflame) in the wood-burning fireplace ONLY.
-Squeegee the porch during heavy rains and snowfalls to prevent water build-up.
Ensure your vehicle is equipped with AWD, 4-wheel drive, or chains when driving to Beech Mountain, especially between mid-November and March when snowfall is frequent.
