Great layout

This property had a great layout for my family of 10. We really loved the open kitchen living room area. We really enjoyed staying here. The host had great communication with us. Improvement is the pool/back porch area could have been cleaned better before arrival. Also minor fixes to amenities like pool table and pool outside would be great if heated.

Birthday Vacation

The home is absolutely gorgeous. It has a resort feel just as described which is what I was going for to celebrate my 53rd birthday along with my family. I love this home so much that I will book again as I frequently travel to California.

Very disappointed

This property needs a lot of work. Old towels, old pots and pans. Ants and bugs in the bedrooms. No closet doors. There were broken chairs in the garage when we arrived that the owner claimed on our insurance policy they required be purchased after we checked out. They also claimed other damage or missing items that absolutely did not occur during our stay. We feel deceived.

Great location… close to Disney and shopping centers

Overall, our stay was average. We really appreciated the proximity to the parks and local grocery store. Home provided entertainment for our little which was a plus! We were not happy with the cleanliness of the house … the showers were not cleaned properly… it seems like the people who cleaned were in a rush to clean before we arrived. We washed cookware before as well as they also didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. Overall, cleanliness of the house was lacking. Also! Make sure to read check in instructions well as address listed on VRBO is different and property manager does state that on the check in details.

The good- -The pool, kids loved it. -Updated kitchen and bathrooms. -Nicely decorated. -Easy check in/out and good communication with host. -Decent residential neighbourhood. -Close to the main highway and close to stadiums in Anaheim. The not so good…. -Clumps of hair on sheets upon arrival -addressed with host who offered to have housekeeper return to clean -Undergarnets found in the master bathroom drawers. -All bedrooms could use a refresh & more outdated then appears in the pictures. Carpets stained, closet door off hinges and broken ceiling fan. -The exterior pool deck needed a bad rinse down and/or pressure wash, your feet would turn black as soon as you got out of the pool. -Pool cleaned weekly, but pool could use a deeper clean. -Could use a couple usable pans. All in all the stay was ok.

This quiet suburban community is conveniently located near major attractions like Disneyland (under 10 miles away) and Knott's Berry Farm (12 miles away).
This leafy, family friendly neighborhood is just a 3 minute drive from the 57 freeway, placing you minutes from the action in Anaheim and only 7.5 miles from downtown not to mention the restaurants, cafes and shops that are an easy 15 minute walk from your door.
There's so much to see and do nearby for guests of all ages - catch a baseball game at Angel Stadium, ride the rollercoasters at Adventure City, or explore hands-on science exhibits at the Discovery Cube. Experience the Wild West shows and attractions at Knott's Berry Farm. and of course, create magical memories at The Happiest Place on Earth - Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.

Within a short walk are a variety of eateries to suit any taste, from the hearty American fare at Round Table Pizza to the authentic Mexican flavors of Los Reyes Restaurant and then some delicious Sensations Frozen Yogurt for dessert.
When it's time to stock up on supplies for your stay, Ralphs supermarket and Target are also a quick 4 minute drive away.
This neighborhood is ideally situated for shoppers, with not one but two excellent local shopping centers nearby. The Shoppes at Placentia is under a 5 minute drive away, with major national retailers like Marshalls, JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts, and Michaels, and the nearby Village at Orange shopping center has a great collection of boutiques for fashion, gifts, beauty, and home goods.
