First Unit

The first unit is an air conditioned, direct ocean front, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. Located on the ground floor, you can walk right out to the lawn, patio, and beach. Take advantage of nights at home by barbecuing fresh island fish on the patio. Indoors, there is a full kitchen with granite counter tops, dining room table for four plus two bar stools. The comfortable living area faces oceanside. On the outdoor lanai, there is a dinner table for six, which is also perfect for watching sunsets, whales, and turtles. Floors are travertine tile throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guests bedroom can be set up for either two twins or a king size bed. Additionally, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. So come and enjoy this beautiful beachfront, air conditioned, upgraded wifi, Makani Sands home away from home.

Second Unit

The second unit is a spacious corner 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse on the 3rd & 4th floor corner, with an incredible view of the ocean. Decorated in a traditional Hawaiian style, this beautiful townhouse comes equipped with 3 cable TVs. There is a full kitchen including a conventional stove and a microwave. There is a large round dining room table for family meals. Spend some nights at home cooking up fresh fish on our beachfront BBQ, or settle down and relax and spend a day sunbathing out front. Upstairs there is a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side with a private bath, and a king bed in the guest bedroom on the mountain side. Downstairs, there is a 3rd bedroom with twin beds. Enjoy a day on our beach snorkeling, swimming or kayaking right outside your door! Come and experience Maui & stay in our condo, your home away from home on Maui!
