New King Guest Suite with Hot Tub, Fire Table & Private Deck!

Experience a luxurious stay in this newly renovated, private king guest suite surrounded by beautiful scenery and located in the back of Onondaga Country Club. Enjoy complete privacy as you relax in the brand new hot tub and gas fire table just outside your door. Conveniently located, only a 1 minute drive away from restaurants, shops, and the highway. Green Lakes State Park & Beach is 10 minutes away.

The suite features a comfortable king size bed, blackout blinds for a peaceful night's sleep, an electric fireplace for added coziness, a desk for any work needs, and a high-end automatic espresso/coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Watch your favorite shows on the 55" Smart SONY TV or enjoy some downtime with the mini refrigerator(no freezer) and microwave.

Step outside onto your own private deck with the hot tub and fire table exclusively for this suite. The upstairs rental has its own deck, ensuring your privacy. The suite itself is 256 square feet, making it a cozy and comfortable space perfect for one or two guests. Please keep your expectations in line with the size of the suite.

You will have the entire space to yourself, and it is not shared with anyone else. The suite is located in the lower level of another rental, separated by a locked door and stairs. Neither guests have access to the door, ensuring your privacy.

Your host will be available for any questions you may have during your stay through the platform messaging system. If you don’t check in by 2 am then you will forfeit your reservation unless you specifically make arrangements with me in advance.

The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, perfect for an evening stroll. There are restaurants and shops just a 1 minute drive away, and two grocery stores within a mile.

For direct bookings and those made through Vrbo/Expedia, a $200 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card for damages. Nothing will be charged unless we notify you of any damages. Hotels require a deposit hold as well. Book now for a luxurious and private stay in Fayetteville!
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, if we get noise complaints, you will be asked to leave without a refund. This isn’t a party house that you can be up all night going in and out of the guest suite.
Hot Tub Waiver form and guest registration must be completed before check in. A $200 damage deposit will be charged when you check in and if your credit card gets declined you will not be able to check in unless you provide another form of payment. When you check out and there is no damage to the room and the hot tub is left in good condition (not cloudy or dirty) you will get your deposit back.
No visitors are allowed in guest suite. It is small and only suitable for 2 people plus an infant or child. You are however are allowed to have a couple visitors on the deck. No Parties!!! Please do not slam the door when entering and leaving the guest suite, it has been loosening the smart lock when people slam the door.
