✓ The property does not allow pets. Please plan accordingly.
✓ The 16' x 28' kidney-shaped pool does not have safety equipment; swim at your own risk.
✓ The pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Note: the pool heats up to 20°F above the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ Please order pool & spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ Beach access is a 5-minute walk from marker 26 via the path behind the pool. For beach chair and umbrella setups, contact Shore Beach Services.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.
✓ Please note: Harbour Town Golf Links will be closed for renovations this summer. Nearby alternatives include:
