This town-home has been completely renovated as of March 2024! Once you step inside, you will feel as if you have stepped into your own "home away from home" a beach paradise just for you and your family! This home has plenty of room to accommodate 10 people comfortably. Wake up to a gorgeous ocean view from the master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath with a tub and shower. The guest bedroom offers 3 twin size bunk beds with private bath. Linens and towels are provided. Relax in the living room while enjoying the Beautiful view of the gulf! There's plenty of seating and the sofa makes a full size bed. WiFi is provided. The living area has sliding doors leading to the balcony with amazing ocean views! The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals, especially on those evenings when you just want to stay in and relax! Enjoy your morning coffee on the outside deck, while taking in the awesome view of the sun rising over the glistening waters of the gulf! There is also a private outdoor shower on the deck. The evening brings you the most spectacular view of the sunset as you sip on your favorite beverage! Watch out for the Dolphins...they love to show off! Take a stroll along the white sandy beach and build a sandcastle, cast a rod and create your own fishing tales! Don't forget your swimsuit and sunblock! You are in for a vacation to remember for a lifetime! Driveway parking will accommodate 3 vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
