Conveniently do laundry from the comfort of your unit in the shared machine in the main entrance of our Snowberry Units. These units provide access to the Columbine Pool, open year round (barring maintenance for the months of May and October) and boasts a large heated pool, four large community hot tubs, and a new clubhouse with lockers. Enjoy this location during any season and soak in the beauty of the Colorado Rockies. Steps away from world class skiing in the winter, and hiking for every level in the summer, this property places you directly in the heart of the mountains and is perfect for any visit.
One of two private units that can be rented seperately or together, this home is perfect for a couple`s getaway, or a family vacation. The second unit in same building is called Snowberry 16 B and sleeps up to 6 people. Please reach out for whole unit rental and pricing!
Only one car can park at this location, per unit. Vehicle must have a parking pass (provided) on dash board at all times.
We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance, in case of any travel changes, especially during the winter months as weather and roads can be unpredictable.

We want you to feel right at home while helping us maintain a peaceful, comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
🏡 General Rules
Guests must be 25+ years old to book.
No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
No pets, unless approved prior to booking.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Registered guests only unless pre-approved.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM per local community rules.
Please keep noise low during these hours, especially when returning late or using outdoor areas.
🚗 Parking
Maximum 1 vehicle per unit.
Parking pass (provided) must be displayed at all times.
No street parking or overflow lots available.
Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed by the HOA.
🔥 Safety
No outdoor fires of any kind (including portable fire pits).
Use the gas fireplace with care and never leave it unattended.
No candles or open flames.
🌲 Wildlife
Moose, fox, and deer frequently wander through the area.
Never approach or feed wildlife.
Keep doors closed and food/trash securely stored at all times.
🧼 Cleanliness & Use of Space
This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of toiletries and essentials is provided.
Do not move or rearrange large furniture.
Only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes or hygiene products.
Please be respectful when using shared laundry with Unit 16B.
🏊 Pool & Hot Tubs
Guests have access to the Columbine Pool & Clubhouse.
Facilities may close in May & October for maintenance.
Rinse before using hot tubs and avoid glass containers in pool areas.

Return parking pass to its original location.

Ensure all windows and doors are locked.
