Welcome to our lovable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a to die for location! Only 4 miles to Madera beach and Johns Pass, Florida.

Step inside and be greeted by a sun-soaked atmosphere that invites relaxation. The relaxing living area boasts ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. Kick back and enjoy a movie night on the 55" flat-screen TV or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong or Ms. Pac Man in the air-conditioned sunroom.

Speaking of the sunroom, it's a delightful space filled with natural light where you can soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying some friendly competition or simply lounging with a good book. With board games readily available, there's never a dull moment here! You'll also find a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests.

When it's time to refuel, head to the fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals. A charcoal grill awaits the grill enthusiast on the patio. Dine indoors at the cute dining table or take your meals al fresco on the patio for a true taste of Florida living.

After a day of adventure, retire to one of the two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to evoke a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. With plush bedding and ample storage space, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

As for outdoor fun, we've got you covered with beach accessories provided for your convenience. Pack a picnic, grab a beach towel and a boogie board and head to one of the nearby beaches to soak up the sun and surf.

The home is only blocks from all retail shops, movie theaters and restaurants and the Pinellas Trail and just minutes away from beautiful sugar white sand beaches and crystal-clear warm water.

To die for location! Only 4 miles to Madera beach and Johns Pass, then onto Treasure Island, Redding Beach, and only 5 more minutes to Indian Rocks Beach! Rated one of the best beaches in America and nominated by Trip Advisor.

Uniquely positioned directly between Clearwater and St. Petersburg; each only 15 minutes away you'll find Pier 60, Clearwater Marine Aquarium (say HI to Winter the Dolphin!), Sand Key State Park, multiple fishing piers, John's Pass and Boardwalk, local seafood restaurants & ice cream, whale watching and parasailing.

Downtown St. Pete is known for it's museum and home to the Dali museum. You'll also find a walking pier with restaurants, arts & crafts, Farmer's Market and a lively nightlife.

Tampa is 30 minutes away and offers a city life all on its own. Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, Tampa Aquarium, etc. And then there is Orlando - Disney World, Downtown Disney only 90 minutes away.

About this Space: The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the master bath has a double sink and huge shower that is wheelchair accessible. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. In the closet you will find a pull-out queen mattress for extra guests and the sunroom has brand new queen-size pull-out sofa. The house sleeps up to 8 guests!

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
