Beautiful, cozy and decorated apartment, located in Village dos Ipês, approximately 550m from Praia das Piscinas Naturais. Development in Praia do Forte, has a gym, sauna, gourmet space, children's club and tennis and football courts.
My space consists of a living room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 suite), integrated kitchen and balcony with beer maker. Ideal for those looking for peace and comfort!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**Reservations over 10 nights will be charged for energy and water consumption;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single auxiliary bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV, fan and closet;
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 2 single auxiliary beds, split air conditioning, Smart TV, fan and closet.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single auxiliary bed, split air conditioning and closet.
A privileged place, with historical and cultural attractions such as the Garcia D'Ávila Castle, the Tamar Project and the Baleia Jubarte Institute, complemented by the bohemia of the charming village, the practice of sports on one of its beautiful beaches or an adventure trail through the Reserve Sapiranga. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and the hustle and bustle of the village.
Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 60.7km.
