Located on the north end of North Topsail Beach just behind the infamous Tiki Bar at North End Market.

2 King beds, two sets of bunk beds, a trundle and a sleeper chair provide comfortable accommodations for the entire family. This home is dog friendly so bring the pups. The private elevator makes it easy for anyone to enjoy their stay without climbing two flights of stairs.

Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Nice vacation rental
Very nice rental. Clean and lots of space. Property management company left very useful bag of supplies. Few blocks from public beach access. Tiki bar was close and had entertainment. Only complaint is that VRBO was not transparent with all charges (big “host fee”)until after checked out. I would not rent through VRBO again

Brand new home in quiet beach town
The home was very nice as it was brand new. The elevator came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the 3rd floor. It also made it easy for our small dogs so they didn’t have to walk down 2 flights of stairs. There are three small decks that provide nice views of the ocean and sound. Parking was convenient and just a step to the home’s entrance. Denise, from Blue Anchor Property Management, is a great communicator and she was easy to reach and helped ensure a very good overall experience. Definitely check out this location ahead of time if you are unfamiliar — this is a residential community and just about all shopping is a short car drive away. The beach access is not the easiest as there are lots of private beach access points; we ended up driving about 4 miles to the public beach access which was just fine for us. The beach has tons of large and exotic sea shells including sea glass which was a plus. All in all, we enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this property if you are looking for a clean place to stay in North Topsail Beach.
