RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Security cameras cover entrances to house, none inside or in back.

**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 10 (regardless of age) and no parties.

**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.

** Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill over $500 per 30 days on meter reads. A $2500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, however you are responsible for any overages.

**This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval. No other animals allowed.

**Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
