Very nice apartment with all amenities you need for an unforgetable stay in the paradise of Manta. We have a balcony and ocean view and the city view. We are pet friendly!
Guest Access:
The apartment and all the social areas such as pool, bbq place, children park, pets allowed. Bowling allie near by.
The Neighborhood:
Best area in town, where the best restaurants of the country are located. Martinica restaurant is 8 minutes away walking
Getting Around:
Beautiful neighborhood, the best restaurants of the city and the country are near by, walking distance. Security gated community 24/7
Other Things to Note:
Beautiful beaches 5 minutes away in vehicule from property. Pool is shared with 4 more listings.
