Perfect for serene evenings, our home includes a bar and entertainment area, and sits in a calm no wake zone for safe swimming. Experience comfort and elegance in natureâs embrace.
Welcome to our Lakeside Paradise at Apple Valley Lake, a luxurious lakefront sanctuary designed for the ultimate lakeside living experience. Nestled in the heart of Apple Valley Lake, our spacious home combines comfort, elegance, and the natural beauty of one of the areaâs most picturesque lakes.
Inside:
âą Sleeping Quarters: This home comfortably accommodates up to 10-12 guests. It features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and two others with six single beds, total. A convenient pull-out couch is also available for additional guests.
âą Great Room: The heart of our retreat, offering ample seating and stylish dĂ©cor, complemented by large sliderâs that frame the stunning lake sunrises.
âą Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, this kitchen is perfect for culinary enthusiasts, complete with a welcoming dining area.
âą Bar and Entertainment Area: Located on the lower level, this area is perfect for evening gatherings, offering a bar setup and a relaxed atmosphere that opens up to the lake.
âą Conveniences: For your comfort, the house includes a full-size washer and dryer.

âą Expansive Deck: Step out to the vast, covered deck, directly connected to the house, ideal for outdoor meals, yoga at sunrise, or soaking in the panoramic views of Apple Valley Lake.
