**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-NON SMOKING, no vaping Property
-NO Pets Allowed
-2 Car Maximum, passes provided upon check-in. Additional vehicles can be parked at Walmart or similar at Renter's risk and discretion
-No golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, boats, or RVs/campers allowed.
-Outdoor pool area is open March-November, with just the hot tub being open year-round. Pool depth is 5 feet. Hot tub and lazy river depth is 3 feet.

**Note: The HOA has planned construction for the fall. Please inquire prior to booking from October 2024-April 2025**


-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
