Kaunis 3 bdrm / 2 kylpy kotiin kaunis puutarha, joka on vain yhden korttelin päässä rannalta ja kuuluisan maisematie. Kuvittele alkaen aamusi henkeäsalpaava kävelee pitkin merelle.

Ihmiset kuvaavat meidän mökki kuin rentouttava ja kutsuva silti niissä on kaikki modernit mukavuudet. House on hyvin varustettu mukavat sängyt ja vuodevaatteet. Useita LED taulutelevisio kaapeli, HBO ja Apple TV. Meillä on myös nopea langaton internetyhteys.

Meidän suosikki toimintaan kuuluu teetä tai viiniä puutarhassa, kävely rannalle auringonlaskua, ja rentouttava edessä tulipalon. Hyvin lähellä Carmel kauppoja ja ravintoloita.
On pysäköinti ajotieltä ja talon vieressä.

Olisin mielellään antaa suosituksia ravintoloista, viinitarhat, kävelee / vaelluksia, tai golfkentille.

Great stay!

The house was charming and perfectly located between Carmel Beach and Carmel River State Beach. There was some construction going on next door but it wasn’t invasive or an issue for us. We would stay here again easily.

Beautiful Carmel Point Cottage

Beautiful original cottage in the exclusive Carmel Point neighborhood. Just blocks away from two beaches … one that overlooks Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, and the other that overlooks Pebble Beach Golf Course. And of course the town of Carmel By The Sea a stones throw away. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return.

A gem in Carmel-By-The-Sea

We loved this place the first time, so this is the second time we've stayed. It's called "My Mother's House", and that's exactly what it feels like - cozy, casual and comfortable. It's not fancy, but it feels like old CBTS back in the day when it was a bit less affluent. And it's in an amazing location just a block off Scenic Avenue and Carmel Beach. Sean is a great host. Hard to beat!

A Slice of Paradise

We cooked great meals together, walked the fabulous beach, hiked Lobos Point, shopped downtown, and attended Easter Services at the local monastery. We also played cards in the garden, lit the fireplace on cold nights, and watched old movies. The owner was responsive and available. This vacation was a 10.

Charming home in great location

We really loved our stay at Sean’s garden home. It was a serene setting located close to both of Carmel’s beaches. Sean was a conscientious host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

A Welcoming, Cozy Home amid Lovely Carmel

My husband and I found this home relaxing, comfortable, and charming. The courtyard fountain and camellias by the front door are lovely, and the interior is full of comfortable furnishings. The house is carefully organised, well-stocked, and managed. The Monterey cypress, homes, and walking paths are beautiful. And the walk on Carmel Beach is gorgeous! Indeed, a slice of heaven! We are eager to return.

Adorable home in a great location!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great experience. Our host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. The house is adorable and is settled in a safe and quiet neighborhood that has a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This home was clean and comfortable and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Delightful Garden Cottage

We just loved our stay in this cottage just a couple streets over from the beach! Perfectly equipped for cooking at home, as well as for young families, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and the wonderful town of Carmel. The garden is delightful, too. Thank you!

Lovely cottage by the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage in Carmel! The living room was the perfect place to read by the fire, put puzzles together, or watch movies. The neighborhood was quiet and restful and the views at the nearby beach were spectacular. We hope to return someday!

Family bonding and relaxation

Came together from all sides of US to see son/brother stationed in CA who turned 21 this week! It was fantastic! All reviews are spot on and we were NOT disappointed at all! Sean (host) made the entire experience absolutely wonderful! Perfection!! Would come back again!

Great quiet Carmel Point location with beautiful private sunny garden--very well stocked & comfortable. We had a few maintenance issues and Sean was very responsive in getting them taken care of.

Great small house and location

Very clean house with well stocked kitchen - utensils, pots, etc. Appliances all worked well. Beds were very comfortable and we never had any feedback from the neighbors about noise or other issues.

Wonderful location in scenic Carmel

The house was clean, cozy and very well equipped with everything we needed. There were toys and children's books and sand toys and even a picnic basket. The living room looks out onto a courtyard with a lovely fountain. We loved the location in a charming neighborhood. We took walks to the beach everyday. We fell in love with Carmel and can't wait to come back!

Relaxing in Carmel

We loved this property! It is a charming garden home that is cozy and complete with several nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect for morning walks on the beach. The garden patio we enjoyed fresco dinning. Carmel is so beautiful with lots to do. Point lobos is a must see. I hope to return to this lovely place and appreciate the use of this nice home.

Amazing location.

This place has the feel of original Carmel. Kitchen and main living space are great. Bedrooms are all comfortable. But it’s the location that really makes it extremely special. You can walk outside take a right and be on Carmel River Beach in few minutes or take a left and be on Carmel Beach in minutes. This location on Carmel Point is ideal. Need the car to get to downtown Carmel or Big Sur, but if you stock up on supplies you could just stay there and experience living in carmel like an actual local. I could not have enjoyed the experience more. Highly recommend!!!

Majestic Getaway

Our Host, Sean, was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he kept in contact and provided details of the home and the surrounding areas. Sean ensured and emphasized our stay at the home would be comfortable and quiet. He definitely lived up to it. The home was clean, and had all the essential amenities that was needed for our stay. The neighborhood provided peace and quiet as described, and friendly neighbors. Most importantly, the majestic beauty of the coast along the scenic route near the home was breath taking. We are already making plans to return next year. We highly recommended this home as a get away for the if you are looking for what we described. We just want to THANK YOU Sean for allowing us to stay in your Home!

Lovely house on a quiet street close to the beach!

Stayed at this cottage home for a long weekend with my mom, two kids ( 7 and 8) and husband. We fit well in the 3 bedrooms. Kids room has two twin beds. Very close to the beach (~3-5 min walk) on a quiet street. Lovely garden with a fountain. The house can be a bit cool in the mornings- before the fireplace in the living room heats the room up. Heaters in all bedrooms. Will bring a pair of slippers next time :) the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pan and cooking equipment. The owner seems to really care about the guests having a good time. Owner easily accessible if needed. Had a small issue on arrival which he addressed immediately and then he had dessert delivered to us! Would absolutely stay here again!!!! Thanks for the hospitality, we had a great time.

Awesome quaint cottage with everything you need and excellent recommendations of local things to do!

I would come here every year! Easy access to beach, nice walk to town. Embodies the feel of Carmel. We had a nice bottle of wine and snacks waiting that the family enjoyed and did many of the things on their recommended to do list including hiking at Point Lobos and eating at Mission Ranch Inn! Beds and bedding were super comfy! Living room fireplace easy to work and set the ambiance for the night after a long day outdoors.

Delightful time in Carmel

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is described as "old Carmel" style, if I remember correctly, and that sums it up - a smallish simple house that is comfortable and livable in a lovely neighborhood. One of its charms is the multiple french doors opening out to the garden areas, and lots of windows for natural light. The kitchen is small but was adequate for simple meals. We enjoyed having access to towels, chairs and toys for beach play. The beach truly is a block away, although that beach is not recommended for swimming. There is however another swimming beach not far away (we walked there also). Early morning walks along the scenic drive were popular with many folks besides us, and it is a lovely neighborhood in which to walk and enjoy looking at the homes and the landscaping. Pebble Beach, Monterey and Point Lobos are all easy driving distances. There was somewhat of a mildewy smell in the back bedroom, but it was tolerable to me (and I am somewhat sensitive to mildew). Sean was helpful and responsive when we contacted him.
