You can rent this charming unit on its own or combine it with Brighter Outlook I next door for a fantastic 10-bedroom coastal getaway that can host up to 32 people—great for big families, reunions, or group vacations!


Recently renovated and overflowing with coastal charm, Brighter Outlook II offers easy access to the beach, a community pool, and stunning Gulf views—everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Tucked into the lovely community of The Dunes, this home greets you with its bright exterior and welcoming interior. It’s just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, and convenient parking makes getting to the sand simple. After a fun day swimming or soaking up the sun, kick back on one of the decks and enjoy the sea breeze and incredible scenery.


Inside, you'll find an open, airy living space complete with a big TV, plenty of comfy seating, and large windows that fill the room with natural light and views of the dunes. The dining area has plenty of seats for family meals, plus extra seating at the breakfast bar. Just off the dining space, there’s a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The recently renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to whip up your favorite dishes. There’s also a private charcoal grill for outdoor cookouts.


On the first floor, there’s an inviting bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and easy access to a nearby full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, TV, private balcony with Gulf views, and a spacious closet with twin bunk beds. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a relaxing whirlpool tub. Two of the upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and TV, while the final bedroom is a large room with a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the oversize closet. These upstairs bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom.

This home is dog-friendly, limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
