Backyard made for entertaining or relaxing! Just a 3 minute walk to the Mcmenamins Edgefield, City of Troutdale, food carts, outlet mall and in close proximity to endless outdoor recreational opportunities.
Perfect space for hosting large families gatherings or events. Could be used as an extention of space for large groups associated with the McMenamins Edgefield. Plenty of room on property for parking and or camping.
One ace with FULLY fenced yard. Dogs welcome. "Park like" setting with a pavilion, pond, and orchard and certified backyard habitat.
Two rooms on main floor, adjacent to kitchen, full bath and formal living room. Third bedroom, living room (flex space) and full bath downstairs. Mud room takes you out to a beatiful and secluded backyard.
This home is lived in year-round by the owner so please be respectful of the furnishings. Your host has worked in local parks for over 20 years and you will definitely notice this by the way the house and yard are designed and furnished.
