Well hello! Welcome to your super cute vacation home! We know you are going to love it here, and make some amazing memories to take home with you.
Just minutes from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach, the Naples Barn is the perfect spot to relax, kick back, and enjoy family and friends' time, and everything Naples and SWFL has to offer. Completely renovated to a high standard, everything is new, beautifully designed, and the comfort and needs of guests have been thoroughly thought out.

Say hello to the flamingo on the front porch, walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing modern barn vibe, throughout. The layout flows from the living room, kitchen and dining area, through to the bedrooms and directly out to the outside patio area, with comfy seating, a dining table and BBQ/Grill.

The outside patio is completely screened and is perfect for relaxing with a book, coffee or a cocktail, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area. There is an outdoor dining table, and the outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. If we have agreed to host your furry family member, you’ll be happy to know that the back yard is completely fenced.

The spacious living room is comfortable and sociable. There is a large smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable channels. Put your feet up after a hard day at the beach and settle in. There is a reading table by the front window, and for those of you that have to spend some time working, or catching up on school work, there is a desk, some basic office supplies, high speed internet and even a printer for you. You will also find a wide range of board games for hours of family fun.

We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig and even a wine fridge! The huge double refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker, essential for those hot Florida days. The large dining table forms the hub of the house and easily seats at least 6.

The primary bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a king-sized bed, a closet and a dresser for your clothes storage, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a private access to the patio, as well as a smart TV, with cable channels, and most of the popular apps (remember to bring your app login details).

The guest bedrooms both have queen size beds, ample closet space and smart TVs. These bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have Bluetooth access, if you want to sing along to tunes in the shower!

The beds all have brand new, super comfortable mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new linen, duvets and covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay). There are spare pillows and blankets and we provide bath, hand and face towels, as well as beach towels.

The garage has a washer and dryer and this is also where you will find the beach towels. And for those Florida beach days, we have 3 adult bikes and a smaller one for kids/teens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach toys for the younger guests.

The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

We are located in the north part of the quiet, residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach. We are approximately 1.8 miles from the main Vanderbilt Beach access (less than 10 minutes by bike), and 2 miles to the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 10 minute bike ride).

We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few.

Grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Publix and Wholefoods, are close by.

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. We have 4 bikes - which you are welcome to use - we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them.

If you’re driving, there’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

Security cameras:
We do have security cameras at the side and front of the house. They do not cover the back or lanai.

No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire BEFORE booking. There is a weight limit of 35 lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please always pick up after your pet and dispose of the bags (tied) in the general waste can at the side of the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.

This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm

No smoking in the house or on the patio. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarise yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
