Welcome to our home!
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths welcomes families of all sizes.
The first floor offers an separate office, a private bedroom on the first level, a full-size eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room and a separate dining room - with a half bath. On the second floor you will find the sprawling master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and full bathroom. The fully finished basement also offers a separate sleeping space with a full bathroom, along with a large area for entertainment.
But wait! There's more. The outdoor amenities include a finished, beautiful patio perfect for those summer evenings, complete with a fire pit, barbecue/grill, dining table for 10 and lounge area. There is also a garden, where guests can help themselves to the herbs, tomatoes and cucumbers!
Explore the area:
Neighborhood has a few playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. Milk and meat farms are 5 min drive from the house. Doylestown center is 7 min drive and has a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and cafes, as well as local Country theater, 2 Starbucks, Jules thin crust pizza, Terrain restaurant and many more.
Doylestown station is 10 min drive from the house that can provide transit to nearby towns and is 1 hour ride to downtown of Philadelphia. Peace Valley park is 7 min drive from the house has 8.5 miles trail around the lake, a lot of resting and barbecue areas as well as paddle boats rental. Historical New Hope, Lambertville and Lahaska are 20 min drive and has a lot of shops, museums, art and antique galleries, restaurants and walking/bicycle trails. There are quite a few wineries 5-10 min distance from the house.
