Willow Haven is a brand-new property that redefines luxury living with an exquisite blend of top-tier indoor and outdoor spaces. Nestled in Sedona's picturesque Village of Oak Creek and within walking distance of Sedona Golf Resort, this stunning retreat boasts resort-worthy amenities and provides the perfect setting for friends and families to have a truly unforgettable stay.

Inside, Willow Haven boasts a spacious, open-plan living area with comfy seating and a cozy fireplace, ideal for breaking out the home’s collection of board games. The stylish kitchen features beautifully crafted wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and high-spec appliances. The sophisticated look and feel of the home is tied together with luxury vinyl plank flooring and high-end furniture and furnishings from Pottery Barn, Living Spaces, and Restoration Hardware. The home sleeps 11 guests: six in the main house (three bedrooms) and five in the adjoining guest house.

Pool heating is $150 per night. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. Once the spa heat is turned off, the pool heat will automatically turn on again. Pool heating is not available during the winter months due to the low outside temperatures. Although you are still welcome to use the pool, it will be very cold during that time. Please inquire about pool heating availability.

You will have full access to the entire home, outdoor living spaces, patio, pool, and hot tub.

We live locally, and are available 24/7 if needed. We are just a message or phone call away throughout your stay!

You will be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors :). You will be centrally located, and just a short walk or drive to many of the area's top attractions.

Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are rare in Sedona, so we recommend bringing a car. You can take advantage of the Sedona Shuttle to get to popular trailheads where parking is difficult. The North SR-179 Park & Ride is a 15-minute drive from the home. Shuttles run year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited.
• Do not move furniture.
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, retreats, weddings, or special events are not allowed by City of Sedona code.
• No amplified music outside. Noise travels easily to our neighbors. Please keep outside noise at a level that can’t be heard by neighbors. Help us keep the peace.
• Outdoor quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No firearms allowed on property.
• Drones may not be flown from the property.
• Please only park in the driveway or garage (not on the street). No ATV’s, side by sides, or dirt bikes are allowed.
• We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Checking out after 10:00 AM will incur a $250 fee.
• The home is on a quiet, narrow road shared with a few neighbors, so we cannot allow ATV’s, side-by-sides, dirtbikes, motorcycles, trailers, or RV’s on the premises or on the private road leading to the residence.

You will receive a message after booking with a link to complete the mandatory rental agreement.

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
