But that's not all – Trails End 307's prime location means you're just a stone's throw away from charming downtown Breckenridge, a place where history meets modernity, offering a delightful array of restaurants, boutiques and entertainment options. And no need to worry about parking hassles or icy windshields, as this condo boasts its own reserved underground parking spot, conveniently heated for your comfort.
Step inside and discover a haven of relaxation, having underwent a complete transformation in the fall of 2016. From the furniture to the kitchen appliances, bedding and more... every detail was carefully chosen to provide you with the utmost comfort. The bathroom received a stylish makeover in 2020, while new flooring was installed in 2021, ensuring a fresh and modern atmosphere. In the bedroom, a new Queen mattress with box springs and a luxurious 3" Tempur-Pedic memory foam topper await you. The sleeper sofa also features a brand new memory foam mattress for added comfort. Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
