Remontoitu Seaside w / Tower, monet kuistit, ja valaistu ulkoalue - vuodepaikkoja 12

"Blessings by the Sea" on äskettäin kokonaan uusittu mökki Seasidessa, joka sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lähellä perhealuetta, Seaside Avenuea ja kaupungintaloa. Se on kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Sisällä on räätälöity peruskorjattu keittiö, kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, viinijääkaappi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin olohuone, jossa huiman katot ja ikkunat tarjoavat paljon luonnollista valoa ja puoli kylpyä olohuoneesta.

Suuressa alakerran king-makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on sadesuihku, kävelykaapissa ja pääsy kalustetulle esiportaalle. Toisessa kerroksessa on toinen king-makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone ja bonus, joka on rakennettu kerrossänkyyn, joka nukkuu neljä. Mukautettu kerrossänky on erotettu tarkoituksella liukuvalla tasku-ovella yksityisyyden suojaksi, jokaisella kerrossängyllä on oma kerrossänkyvalo sekä mukautettu varastointi ja hyllyt. Kolmas makuuhuone on kuningatar makuuhuone, jossa oma kylpyhuone, walk in closet ja pääsy kalustettuihin seulotaan kuistilla. Neljänteen makuuhuoneeseen on rakennettu XL erillistä kerrossänkyä, yksityisyysverhot ja pankot ovat tarpeeksi suuria aikuisille nukkumaan. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös puoli kylpyamme. Toisen kerroksen suuri, kuistilla varustettu seinä kulkee koko kodin pituudella ja on sisustettu kauniisti kolmella ruokailutilalla ulkona. Aulakalustehuone, jossa on sohva, kahvilabistro-sarja ja kaksi ylimääräistä tuolia, jotka sopivat täydellisesti kirjan lukemiseen.

Kierreportaat johtavat hiljattain remontoituun suureen ulkotorniin, josta on upeat 360 asteen näkymät kaupunkiin ja lahdelle. Ensimmäisen kerroksen ulkopuolella on laaja kalustettu edessä oleva kuisti, jossa on valaistu ulkoilma-oleskelu- ja ruokailutila, joka sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhliin. Ekstrat: TV kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, Apple TV, kaksi yksityistä pysäköintialuetta, suljettu ulkosuihku, grilli ja takapihan riippumatto.

Lauantai-lauantai vuokra kesällä. Vähintään viisi yötä keväällä, vähintään 3 yötä syksyllä ja talvella.

The upstairs king bedroom with adjoining bunk room was perfect for six girls to share and hang out ... plus there was plenty of room for two moms to have our own space AND a great place to work remotely. Our only complaint is with mother nature ... as she didn't allow as many sunny days as we'd hoped for. We'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

The only tiny hitch we had was the ice maker was slow to produce~ something that should not be happening with such a new appliance. Added bonus from the sweet owners was a toy box for the beach! Thank you for helping our family create beautiful memories at the very special place known as Seaside. We shall return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good, but the office never provided the extra towels that I requested and said I would pay for. Luckily, I was never charged. The ice maker was not working and the office did send a repairman; however, he left a mess for us to clean up and he did not wear a mask. Another workman came unexpectedly to change filters and he did wear a mask and was very considerate.

Great family home for a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

Spring Break Trip at Blessings by the Sea

There are some things about the house you must know if you are coming with more than one family... the second king bed is on the 2nd floor attached to the bunk room. Therefore, the second bedroom for adults is a queen bed and not a master. The dishwasher did not clean dishes, no matter how much we cleaned and rinsed the dishes before putting them in. The toilets run & made noises all night. The insert in the hood leaked water when it rained...It is a nice house, with lots of room, in a great location. But there were small things that could have made the stay better. Homeowners Collection is a great company though and answered all the things we needed.

The house is very well designed, VERY clean, has all of the household items you need to cook for a large family and is perfectly located in Sea Side. It is on a quiet street but only two blocks the from the market center to it was the best of both worlds. The fireworks on New Years are perfectly viewed from the top deck.

Perfect sleeping arrangements and privacy for us and our adult, married children. Also perfect entertaining areas for the entire group to be all together. Everything appeared to be brand new...comfortable beds, high grade appliances, big screen TV for football viewing. The disappointment came with Seaside itself. I understand it is going to be crowded during fall break, but the large groups of rowdy, loud, disrespectful teenagers was a surprise. Either they weren't staying at Seaside, or they were not supervised in any way. We missed the family atmosphere that we usually experience at Seaside. This seemed more like spring break at Daytona beach. As my children were growing up, Seaside security would've stepped in. Definitely won't be returning for our annual fall vacation. If Seaside is the new teen party place to be, we won't be returning at all. Thankful the property was so nice because we didn't dare go out after dark for fear of being mowed down by a speeding teenager on a bike with no regard for pedestrians and definitely stayed away from the food airstreams because of the bad behavior, bad language, breaking in line from the droves of teens. Still, the property was top notch!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good, but came with some issues. This is our third time to rent this property and we have had maintenance problems each time we have arrived.

Homeowners Collection provided us with excellent customer service and sent all the necessary information for our stay well in advance. It was so easy to get into the house and everything we needed was at our fingertips. All around excellent experience.

The house was extremely clean and well kept. It was beautifully decorated, very light and welcoming. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Blessing by the Sea. We had a group of 10 with 6 kids from 15-8. There was plenty of room and the amenities were top notch. The location was also perfect to get to the beach or town center. We have stayed in seaside for 14 years and this condo was perhaps the best one we have rented. It is updated and clean. The courtyard and the screened porch are very nice additions as well.
