You feel you are far away from the world and yet you can walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, walking trails and are 1/4 mile to the on-ramp to 2 major highways. Torrey Pines beach is less than a 10 minute drive from the house, and Del Mar beach is less than 15 minutes away.

With 3 charming bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds respectively, this property is perfect a family looking for a brilliant vacation or a few friends. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and the half bath downstairs and all are fully stocked.

The kitchen is spacious and has a social area and a bar counter that looks out to our sunny backyard and the roses.

The backyard is great for taking all meals even, and in the winter remains a good place to have breakfast on a sunny day.

You’ll feel at home with WiFi, our Roku with Netflix, our Nest thermostat controlling the temperature…. Aircon and heating as needed, though we use them little thanks to the perennially mild climate. The home has all typical appliances.
