Each of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms features a cozy queen bed with plush, high-quality sheets for restful sleep. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, while upstairs you’ll find an open, airy bedroom retreat full of warmth and charm (note: staircase is a bit steep). This inviting space includes a cozy reading nook and a dedicated office, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and luxe toiletries. Whether you’re here to unwind or stay productive, this home blends comfort, style, and function for an unforgettable stay. Due to the home’s vintage charm, there’s no bathroom vent. Please open the bathroom window while showering for ventilation.

Exceeding cleaning standards: We comply with and surpass Airbnb’s COVID-19 sanitizing guidelines, including sanitizing all bedding between guests.

Gather around the beautiful wood dining table for meals and conversation. Family-friendly touches include a pack ’n play and highchair, plus pet-friendly amenities with bowls, treats, and doggie bags—so everyone feels at home.

Start your morning on the peaceful front porch, sipping coffee as the neighborhood wakes up. Out back, enjoy a private fenced yard with a deck with string lights, plenty of space for kids to play, and a cozy firepit—perfect for s’mores under the stars.

☀️ EXTRAS supplied for your reservation:
✅ Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 laundry pods to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the home.
✅ Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel 1 make up towel.
✅ We supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

☀️ Early check-in or late check-out is available for $25. Please reach out in advance so we can confirm availability.

☀️ We love hosting furry family members! Dogs up to 50 lbs are welcome (max 2 dogs per stay) with a $75 pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them in the yard. (See House Rules)



☀️ We welcome guests for mid-term stays! Guests staying longer than 28 days are required to sign a separate rental agreement and security deposit will be collected.

☀️ We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your reservation from unforeseen events.

⭐️Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

☀️ A pre-arrival form and rental agreement are required before your stay.

☀️ For VRBO guests: ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold. It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!

☀️Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening ,questioning and security deposit before a reservation may be confirmed.
