Tucked away on a cove of Lake Lanier, we offer a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath stay where you can create lasting memories around the cozy fireplace and fun-filled game table. A huge back porch overlooks the water and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. When the water is higher, it's more of a lake...and when the water is lower it can look like a river/creek. Bring your boat since Laurel Park is < 5 min away with a boat ramp, pavilions, playgrounds, & walking trails, tennis/volleyball courts. Close to the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Gardens!

★The upstairs bedroom to the left has a full-size bunk bed, a trunk with toys for kids, and a TV as well.

★The bedroom to the right upstairs has a queen-sized bed, a closet to store your personal belongings, and a TV in the corner perfect for enjoying your favorite movie or show. This bedroom also conveniently opens up to a full-size bathroom.

★Each bedroom has a laundry hamper in the closet, adequate space for luggage, room-darkening curtains, and extra blankets.

★Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels and washcloths.

★Cove Cottage is the perfect location for accessing North Georgia mountains, Lake Lanier, wineries/vineyards, downtown Gainesville, Cleveland, Dawsonville, and Dahlonega.

★Full access to the property including walking trails - but please use caution when walking to the water as the path is steep!

Please note - though there is access to the full property, the specific rental space is on the left side of the house.

★Access to the cove path is located to the right of the house.

★Family lives next door in duplex.

★Fishing and kayaking access on the property; however, please use caution when walking down the hill and path to the water as the property is steep and can be slick when wet. Please note that kayaks and fishing equipment do not come with the house.

★Swim at your own risk.

★The driveway is also steep, but 4-wheel drive is not required. Adequate parking is available on the street or on the driveway.

★Please also keep in mind that we have a sensitive septic system! We ask that you refrain from disposing of grease down the drains, be mindful of the amount of toilet paper used, and avoid flushing feminine products. Thank you!

★No pets allowed.
