Minulla oli peruutus, joten kaunis paikkani on NYT saatavilla.
Oletko koskaan vuokrannut paikan vain löytääksesi, kun saavut, paikka ei ole kovin puhdas.

PGA WEST on golfia ja rentoutumista. Kyse on palauttaa sinut onnellinen ja rento hyvinvoinnin tunne! Lisäksi on hienoja ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, nähtävyyksiä ja monia muita tekemistä. Meidän huoneisto on noin nautintoa ja rauhaa.

Takapiha on kaunis, ja järvi on erittäin rauhallista, ja vesiputous lisää upeaa rauhaa alueelle.
Golfkentät ovat ympärilläsi, mutta et häiritse sinua edessäsi käveleviä golfaajia koko ajan, koska olemme järven rannalla

Paljon uusia mukavuuksia, kuten upouusi ilmastointijärjestelmä, 3 uutta HD-televisiota (perhehuone ja molemmat makuuhuoneet). uusi mikroaaltouuni, uudet ikkunahoitot, uudet kattovalaisimet ja täysin varustettu keittiö! Ostan aina uusia asioita, jotta se olisi entistä parempi.
Lisäsin juuri jalkalistat kaikkialle, antaen kodille eleganssin ja lopullisen ilmeen.

Asuntoni on erittäin puhdas.

Tämä upea pakopaikka tuntuu toiselta kodilta, ei vain loma-asunnolta. Kaikki kodin mukavuudet, mutta uudella ja mielenkiintoisella paikalla.

Love this place

This property is surrounded by the beautiful mountains, fairways and well maintained property at PGA West, Arnold Palmer. The place had everything we needed for our two month stay. The owner is amazing. We can’t wait to get back next year!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Susan was very helpful and easily contactable. The location of this unit is excellent PGA West is beautiful and La Quinta just a short drive away. 2 beautiful terraces and steps away from the heated pool, one of many. Lake view so not disturbed by early morning golfers.

Great 2 bed location

The east facing unit is bright and airy located on a beautiful lake with a waterfall. Morning sun and afternoon shade make for a pleasant experience on the patio. There is plenty of space in the unit with large rooms. Large closets with lots of hangers is a plus. The kitchen is very well stocked; the best I've experienced in any rental. Susan was a delight to work with and was very responsive to every question. Cleanliness was rated lower as we arrived early and housecleaners were rushed, so a little spot cleaning was needed. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Spectacular views in the Coachella Valley

This property is located in PGA West. This area offers many heated pools and spas within walking distance. The mountain and lake views from this property are awesome. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods daily and seeing the Bighorn Sheep that came down daily to eat . Truly a magical place !! Easy to get to grocery shopping and we only wish that we could have frequented the many great restaurants in the La Quinta area. This was not the case during our stay because of COVID 19. Beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. We were so impressed with this area.

Golf, Sea, and Mountains

Susan is great to work with and very responsive. The scenery is second to none. Mountains on one side and the Lake with waterfalls on the other. Awesome! PGA West is amazing. I have never seen a better maintained golf course. The people are all so friendly, it's like another world behind the gates.

Better than expected

No negative surprises. Condo was as pictured. Comfy beds. The landscaping around the neighborhood was beautiful. We had a quiet and peaceful time. 2 pools were steps away and we were the only ones to use the pool directly across the street. It was nice to walk the golf course paths in the evening. Would recommend.

The house was as advertised. We rented this property as a second house for a family reunion, so we only used it for sleeping and did not use other amenities. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect spot to vacation in La Quinta (PGA West)

We had a wonderful stay in your immaculate condo and enjoyed its beautiful setting overlooking the lake and the Santa Rosa Mountains. We found the property to be very clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio overlooking the lake and mountains each morning and having lunch or dinner there in the evening. Also, it was so enjoyable to sit by the lake and read, so serene, and no golfers walking in front of you, which was a blessing, they were across the street! Best spot in the whole area. Also all the pools have hot tubs, and for the fruit lover, there were lots of lemons, grapefruits, and orange trees full of fruit that you can eat. I've already recommended it to my friends and we can not wait to return next May! Thank you again for a perfect vacation!

My husband and I had the good fortune of finding this wonderful condo at PGA West. Upon entering the front door you are treated to a beautiful view of the lake and gorgeous landscaping. The condo is tastefully decorated and complete with all amenities for luxurious living. The lakeside patio is serene and delightful for morning coffee and eating outdoors anytime. There are 3 pools for your choosing within steps of your home and many more in the community that we could use. Definitely plan to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at this lovely home away from home.

Desert golfers

Two golfers who visit the desert on a regular basis stayed here. The owner was very accommodating, the place was very clean and bright with a very nice view of the lake. Easy access off the entrance gate. Very nicely decorated with some upgrades as well. Two patios to sit on, one private in back and one with a very nice sunny view of the lake. The owner was more than helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet spot.

I rented this wonderful, spacious condo during the fall. As the Susan (owner) promised, the lake views from the living room and master bedroom were beautiful. The mountain views in PGA were breathtaking. I often enjoyed my morning coffee time on the patio overlooking the lake. I also enjoyed the luxury of an evening swim in one of many pools that PGA offers. Each pool boasts of amazing views of mountains or the lake. The master bedroom and guest bedroom have very comfortable beds (king in master bedroom and queen in the guest bedroom) along with cozy bedding. This condo is well stocked with all the conveniences of home (i.e. towels, linens, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, and other sundries.). It also provides the conveniences of a new microwave, a washer and dryer, and two wonderful flat screen TV’s. Susan has made many upgrades that make this condo a delight to stay in. I love the new lighting fixture in the kitchen! I found my stay in Susan’s condo to be a wonderful and relaxing experience. Everything in the condo was in great shape, including carpeting, kitchen appliances and new window coverings in the living room. I want to thank Susan for a wonderful vacation experience at PGA. I feel that she has gone through a lot of work to make this place a “home away from home”.

Spent entire month os March, 2009 at this condo. It provided us with everything we woould want; comfort, ambiance, location. We had a number of guests visit, and they were impressed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your lovely condo. I spent 3 weeks here while looking for a place to purchase in the area and it truly was a home away from home, not lacking a thing.
