The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Spacious Accommodations: The main floor boasts a luxurious master bedroom and an additional king bedroom, perfect for restful nights. A living room area, dining room, Chef’s Kitchen and office space. Downstairs, discover a secondary living room area, full bathroom, laundry, and two more king bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own serene space.

Enjoy quality time together with a commercial-grade Golden Tee Live for friendly competition. Whether you are relaxing indoors or making memories outdoors, this home provides endless entertainment options. 

The kids suite upstairs is a delightful haven featuring a half bath, ping pong table, Smart TV, X-Box Gaming System, Nintendo Switch Gaming System and 8 beds, making it a fun private retreat for the little ones and teens. Please note this property has a max capacity of 8 adults & 8 children.

Outdoor Bliss: Step outside to your private dock, where you can swim, fish, float, lounge or simply
soak in the breathtaking views of the lake. Fire up the propane grill (there is a $50 charge to use the propane) or Traeger Smoker for a family barbecue while the sun sets over the water. Water depth at the dock ranges from 8-10 ft. You can tie your boats and jet skis off on the cleats. The nearest boat ramp access will be Twin Bridges Marina. Boat ramp; Jet-Ski rentals are a short drive away.

With over two acres of land, you can enjoy the huge yard with provided lawn games such as
Cornhole or let today’s kids see how memory-lasting fun a classic game of Flashlight tag can be.

Fully Equipped Chef’s Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is designed for opulence & convenience, featuring all the essentials plus elevated components to prepare meals for your group, making dining a breeze. There is a Nespresso and Keurig. A gas-range with griddle, oven and baking tray is partnered with an air-fryer, multiple cast-iron pans and kitchen tools to prepare any meal imagined. Also equipped with a separate built-in ice maker and bi-temperature wine cooler to keep the party going. 

Outdoor Toys: two Kayaks, two Stand-up Paddleboards, multiple lifejackets, multiple floating seat lounge chairs and fishing poles are all included.

Technology: All bedrooms and living spaces include large flatscreen smart TVs. The home features blazing speed Fiber internet. The commercial-grade Golden Tee Live is featured with all updated golf courses. The Traeger Smoker includes Wi-Fi technology. The X-Box and Nintendo Gaming systems feature over 50 pre-installed popular games.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of: 3 shed units, and any locked closets inside the home. Guest will not have access to the boathouse/rooftop area located on the lake side of home. This area is completely off limits to all guests.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.

Getting Around:
This property is a 15-20 minute drive to GMC & GCSU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offers various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 15 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 20 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive to access the boat ramp.

Other Things to Note:
This is not a pet friendly home. Guests will be billed a minimum of $500 for unauthorized pets. Please note this property has a max capacity of 8 adults & 8 children.
