This new condo, completed in late October 2024, is ideally situated for exploring Phuket. It features an open-plan living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Patong Beach is 7 km away, Central Phuket is 3.5 km away, and Andamanda Phuket water park is 2.5 km away. The condo offers Wi-Fi with a 1000 Mbps internet plan. Electricity and water are included in the price—no hidden fees collected at checkout.

The complex's amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and co-working areas. Dining and shopping options and a motorbike rental place are within walking distance.

Minimal, useless kitchen & cooking tools

Cons - Limited, Cheap, Useless Cooking Tools - there was a single electric inductive hot plate to cook on, the frying pan supplied was NOT inductive, the 3 cooking utensils were cheap, fragile and too flexible, 2 of the cheapest most useless knives from IKEA that didn’t cut anything, and a pair of scissors

Great Facility. Host not so much.

We are well travelled and this is the first condo where we were disappointed with the lack of host attention. We originally booked for 3mths but reduced to 2mths prior to arrival. We are very thankful we did given what we received on arrival. A condo fitted out for a weeks stay. We had linen for 1 week, a towel each (no spares or a pool towel), we had no pots, no peeler for veges, no welcome on arrival - we'd booked for 2 mths at least come and meet us! What we did get on arrival was a key that didn't work and when we contacted the host she said "call John". You live around the corner! We were appalled! We had no cleaning products for the service areas. It's the worst host owned condo we've ever booked. All our host owned condos are attentive, they do the odd check-in and their condos are prepared according to your stay. This host was not that type of host. Book at your peril. John the property manager was great! Excellent communication.
