Upon arrival, the property did not match the listingâs description or photos. It appeared much smaller from the outside and was quite misleading. While the rooms were aesthetically nice at first glance, a closer inspection revealed they were dirty and poorly maintained. Several doors were loose or completely off their hinges, the sheets were heavily stainedâsome even damp and folded in the closetâand the entire space felt sticky, hot, and poorly ventilated due to minimal air conditioning.For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard. Basic necessities were also lacking: we were only provided with two garbage bags, very little toilet paper, and there were large stains all over the carpet.Adding to the disappointment, we received only 10 hoursâ notice that a real estate agent would be entering the property during our stay to show it to a potential future tenant. I clearly communicated to the host that I was not comfortable with this, yet the visit still went ahead. My concerns about privacy were dismissed, and the host refused to discuss the issue with me further. I had booked this property well in advance for a peaceful, uninterrupted stayâwhich was clearly not honored.To make matters worse, the listing mentioned convenient parking nearby, but the suggested garages were closed due to construction. Upon checkout, we were delayed because a car was blocking the driveway exit.All in all, this experience was incredibly disappointing and not worth the price.
