Zweifach Plus Studio

Our Zweifach Plus Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people + 1 baby. Within their 42 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a small balcony facing east.
All Zweifach Plus Minilofts have large windows with east views to the city square.

The apartment includes bedding and towels, and is equipped with all the essentials to cook: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.
There is a self-service laundry room in our basement where guests can use the coin-operated washing machine and the dryer.
Guests staying with babies and toddlers will receive a baby cot, baby bathtub, potty, high-chair and plastic crockery...
Guests are welcome to use our shared roof terrace to gaze upon the city skyline, on the top floor.
At the moment there is some construction going on around this newly-redeveloped area, although the apartments are well insulated, it may be possible that during the day some audible sound disturbances might occur.

*NO LATE CHECK OUTS AND EARLY CHECK INS. Please contact the management team via message for such requests.

*No Air conditioning.

*Yes , this apartment can accommodate upto 4 people but please let us know in advance if you want to have separate sleeping arrangements.For instance , if it is 3 guests , we only prepare the the double bed and one sofa bed for 3 guests. If the 3 people wants to sleep separately , we need to prepare both the sofa beds in the living room too .

*We have a sanded concrete floor with a sisal carpet in the dining area.For long term stay with toddlers , it might not be ideal.
