Tucked behind the north end of Wrightsville Beach, Sea La Vie #172, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, offers the perfect island escape. Located in the peaceful Cordgrass Bay community, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom sound front condo is a short stroll to the ocean and is nestled in a deep-water lagoon surrounded by white sandy beaches and stunning marshland. This pristine body of water, known by locals as the iconic "Lollipop" lagoon, and a hidden gem coveted for its tranquil beauty and waterfront charm.
This home offers a shared boat dock just steps from your door for fishing or launching paddleboards and kayaks. A private sound side beach at low tide is perfect for swimming and enjoying time in the sun. Cast off from the community pier to explore the endless creeks and sandbars along the ICW, or enjoy the community pool and tennis courts. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a retreat with friends, Sea La Vie promises relaxation and adventure.
This condo sleeps 7 and offers a comfortable and practical layout with a modern coastal design. A fully upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, and stylish designer touches that create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The main level consists of a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. There is a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen (at the sink and refrigerator (ice/water)) and a whole home filtration system! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the private deck overlooking the sound which can be accessed through the living room. The bedroom on the main floor has one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed. The master suite is located on the top floor and has a king-sized bed with a private deck and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is also located on the top floor and has a queen-sized bed.
Included: WIFI, Cable/Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. Four bikes, a beach buggy, chairs, a crab pot, and a propane grill are provided for your enjoyment. Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the grill. Propane tanks are provided but may not always be full. This home is not pet-friendly.
There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citations. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year-round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check-in.
The community pool is usually open from mid-May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
