In the winter months, you’ll be in close proximity to skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating, snow tubing, and virtually every other snow-themed activity you can think of. The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

- You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
- There is an AC unit, which is rare in this location!
- To ensure compliance with local county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- No pets allowed.

- Parking available for 3 vehicles – 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Garage parking can accommodate compact vehicles only. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
