WELCOME TO OUR NEWLY UPDATED UNIT!
Discover luxury and space in this 1-bedroom + den, 1-bath condo at Costa Hollywood Resort. Located in the upscale Hollywood area, this unit is just steps from the lively Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, filled with dining, shopping, and entertainment options. You’re a short drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Aventura Mall, and Sunny Isles Beach.
Enjoy unbeatable convenience—it's less than a one-minute walk from the door to the sandy shores!
The space:
Get that true vacation feeling at a pool that can only be described as stunning. The sparkling waters of Costa Hollywood’s expansive rooftop oasis and terrace beckon you to lounge, dip and repeat throughout your stay.
Highlights include high-end appliances, luxury furniture, and art that has all been put together by a professional designer, an awesome marina and coastal view from the bedroom and living area, everything necessary for you to have a comfortable stay!
This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). Exclusive and luxury building with resort amenities including, roof-top pool, separate ocean-view pool, jacuzzi and beach service (fee).
Guest access:
You deserve to have the best vacation at the one of the most luxurious resorts!
The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses and cutleries. You can start your energetic or relaxing morning with self-made cup of coffee at the terrace. The dining area has a table and four chairs. After having delicious meal you can rest at the easy transferable full-size couch along with a TV and simply enjoy the day!
Beautifully furnished bedroom includes one King Size bed with high quality bedding sheets.
Plus another transferable full-size couch in den-bedroom.

!! UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOLLOWING FEES In addition to the fees that you already paid on AirBnb:

- RESORT FEE OF $39.55 per night by the building front desk, The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company- Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and WiFi throughout the property.
- ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $56.50
*Please, note that an umbrella is not included and cost $25 (one-time-use).
!!! PARKING:
Valet parking $42+ tax/per night
Deposit of $100 (will be returned on the day of check out).
* Unfortunately WE DON'T PROVIDE EARLY CHECK IN (We assigned to the hotel cleaning company)
Any early check in needs to be confirmed with hotel cleaning directly through the front desk. Pease search for “Costa Hollywood” to find their phone number.
***Late check-out fee is $80 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
*** NO WASHER/DRYER IN BUILDING AND UNIT.
Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
