Enjoy a delightful retreat in this spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Relax in the inviting living room, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, and
enjoy all the stylish beachy decor. Perfect for families or groups, with easy access to local attractions and dining. Your ideal vacation spot awaits!

- 8 miles to Cocoa Beach
- 11 miles to Port Canaveral
- 17 miles to Kennedy Space Center
- 25 miles to Merritt Island National Wildlife
- 9 miles to Bioluminescence Tours
- Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray!
- Please note the property has well water.

- All guests will be required to send a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a $100 fine.

- All pets must be mentioned and approved during the booking process. This helps us ensure that our space can comfortably and safely accommodate your furry friend. The pet fee is $30/night per pet (Required before check-in)(Maximum of 2 pets). For stays longer than a week, they will be provided a flat rate. Please message us for more details.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at $500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

Beautiful Place

I rented this property for a 1 day stay with my family for New Year’s Eve. We would all recommend staying here especially if you have a large group. The property itself is accommodating to all, and the communication with the property manager was quick and responsive.

Good Value. Very Nice Home

The property overall is very nice. There was a problem with the refrigerator where the freezer didn’t work and it didn’t get very cold. That was the only major issue with the property. The rooms were very nice. It was in a very nice location that was close to everything. I would recommend this property to others. We had 5 adults and 4 children and we were all comfortable.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. There was a couple of issues with the property that I shared with the host. If those were fixed I would give the property 5 stars. I booked the property in Feb. On the day of check-in while I was traveling to the property, the owner requested a copy of my photo ID. I had to stop driving and take and send a copy of my ID. Would have been nice to have completed that in the previous 4 months.

Cruise Stop

The house was clean and the host was friendly and prompt. Few things I would suggest. A peep hole in the main door for security reasons. A dead bolt on both the main door and the door in the bedroom. I felt a little uneasy. Need more lighting outside. The air hockey did not work. Overall the house is nicely kept and for me good for an overnight stay.

The property was situated in a poor area, it was clear that it was smaller than what the pictures show. The area is pretty sketchy and uncomfortable. The first night we were there we noticed bugs all over the sheets, and pillows in two rooms. In the third upstairs room there was hair from a previous stay. It was clear that the house was not properly cleaned. The check in process was also late as well, as they sent the information for the house later than the check in time. After messaging the host about the bugs and unclean conditions we were left on delivered with no answer and no solution to the issue. The host even told us the house was cleaned when it clearly was not from the pictures. There was a main room downstairs as well that had an unfinished sliding door which had no privacy to it. I believe the bugs were termites after a search of it, and if it is true there are bigger problems with the property. Save the time and money and do not stay here unless you want an unresponsive host and bugs.
