Also, the location is well-connected to a miscellaneous number of restaurants, bars and shopping centers.

The home was recently renovated in June 2021.

The home space is spacious and cozy, characterized by chic modern décor and wonderful attention to detail. Guests can expect a clean space, equipped with all the amenities that you will need. The space can accommodate up to 5 guests while it consists of three bedrooms, open space living-room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and the backyard area,
Warm, welcoming and minimalist, the open-plan living area immediately feels like home, with a comfy sofa, coffee table for drinks and snacks, and a flat TV for the movie nights.

The chef of your group is sure to enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Spacious countertops and brand-new stainless-steel amenities are an added perk. You can serve the meals at a beautiful dining table, which is right next to the living room. Kitchen amenities include a fridge w/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and silverware in sufficient quantity.

The (3) bedrooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, perfect to enhance the quality of your sleep. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed while the last one is equipped with a bunk bed.

Bathroom is stocked with all essentials for maximum comfort and convenience for your stay. This includes enough towels & other essential toiletries.
Guest access
The entire property is private so consequently you will have the entire 3BR home space at your disposal. There are 2 parking spaces on the front of the home.

Interaction with guests:
The property has a self-check-in system (with smart lock); however, I will be accessible for my guests 24/7 either via phone or Airbnb.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.

★No smoking or you will be charged $300
★No party or you will be charge $400
★If neighbors complaint of party and police is involved, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refund
★No eating/drinking on bed or you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning/pest control treatment
★If we found that there was pet during the stay and we were not informed there will be 300$ charge.
