Don’t be fooled by the simple exterior — inside, you’ll find updated rooms, thoughtful touches, and a peaceful atmosphere that defines comfort. It’s the perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover.”
The Space:
This studio, Unit #4, is located in a charming boutique-style motel! This inviting space combines comfort and convenience, just steps away from the beach.
ENTRY: Enjoy easy access with ONE designated parking spot and a secure lock code entry. Please note that large vehicles cannot be accommodated, and we are **unable to provide additional parking spaces**. Trailers are not permitted, and motorcycles are limited to two per assigned parking spot. Please help maintain a restful atmosphere for all guests by being considerate of your neighbors.
SLEEPING AREA: The unit accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 cozy KING bed, supplied with fresh linens. You’ll also find a luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and wardrobe with a hanging rod and storage shelf for your convenience.
BATHROOM: The private bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, bath towels, sample toiletries, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. (Note: Each guest is provided one beach towel, as bath towels and linen are for in-room use only).
LIVING + DINING: Essentials in your studio include:
- Mini fridge
- Microwave
- Keurig coffee maker with starter K-cups, sugar, and mugs
- Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows
- Dining table with seating for two

Guests will have access to the following amenities:

The Neighborhood:
The south end of North Myrtle Beach, encompassing neighborhoods like Windy Hill and Crescent Beach, offers a tranquil coastal experience with easy access to local attractions. This area is known for its serene beaches, ideal for sunbathing and leisurely walks. Just a short drive away is Barefoot Landing, a popular destination featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The south end provides a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, making it an appealing choice for visitors seeking a peaceful beach retreat with nearby amenities.
Getting Around:
While there are plenty of food, bars, and shopping options within walking distance, we recommend having a vehicle to explore everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer. There’s also a local bus service, Coast RTA, making it easy to get around the area. Visit **CoastRTA** for routes and schedules.
Other Things to Note:
1) We accept guests 21 or older. If you are under 21, message us for the reason for your visit! We just want responsible adults to keep the atmosphere peaceful!
2)Well-behaved pets are welcome at our designated "pet-friendly" properties with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Suppose evidence of an undisclosed pet is found during or after the stay. In that case, a minimum fee of $250 will be charged to cover ionization, carpet cleaning, and any additional services required to restore the property to its original condition. Guests are also fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets and must be kept in a cage or kennel when left unattended.
3) The space cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, only 2 motorcycles per spot, and no trailers. ITS SUPER IMPORTANT YOU ARE AWARE-->We cannot offer additional parking passes<-- Violators will be towed. No off-street parking unless permitted by the city, or in neighbors' driveways, swells, or lawns is permitted. See the arrival instructions for your property parking guidelines. The agent is not responsible for the payment of any tickets or fines received by the guests for parking illegally or paying for parking off-site.
4) None of our properties allow smoking. Violators are subject to immediate eviction, forfeiture of all monies, and additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 which could be substantially higher. When allowed, smoke outside, away from the premises, or in designated areas. Dispose of your smoking remnants responsibly. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge, applied to the card on file or through the OTA reserved.
5) The number of occupants shall not exceed the capacity of the house listed on the first page of this Agreement, and the Property may only be occupied by the persons listed below. The renter is required to limit occupancy of each bedroom to the posted limit on the website and confirmation. Any party exceeding maximum occupancy inside or outside will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Renters not staying at the home are included in the occupancy limits.
6) Children under the age of 12 should not be left on the Property without an adult. The number of persons considered to be in occupancy includes all adults and children under age 18 but excludes children under 18 months.
