MeillÀ on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle ja LÀnsi-Mauille melkein jokaisesta huoneesta! Rentoudu ja nauti aamiainen kaksinkertaisella Lanai-alueella katsellen hiljaista aamu-auringonnousua ja upeita nÀkymiÀ merelle, ennen kuin lÀhdet pÀivÀlle hauskaa. Kun palaat mukava olohuone, on tÀydellinen paikka nauttia auringonlaskusta ja lasillisesta viiniÀ. Beautiful place to stay

We were in Maui for a family vacation and this place absolutely perfect. Awesome views and the location was ideal for exploring all of the island. Loved the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday Condo

The property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Great location, steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Kitchen was well equiped for the limited cooking we did. Building was quiet . Pool was great as was the rooftop bbq.

Awesome location and property - close to great beaches and fantastic dining/grocery options; amazing ocean view from the condo; amenities (washer/dryer, AC, kitchen, beach gear, etc.) were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

The condo was just as described on site. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrific view of the ocean from the lanai. Perfect for our family of 4 as everyone had space to spread out. Restaurants, gas & groceries close by and the ocean across the street made for easy access to everything we needed. Just up the street was Ahihi Cove that was perfect for snorkeling. We loved being here and would definitely book again!

Thanksgiving in Maui

The condo was a perfect size and had a great layout for six people. The location in Kihei was within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The condo also had a swimming pool, an elevator, and a parking space all of which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We will be back! :-)

Beautiful place!

Great location and great fit for our family. It was clean and easy to walk to the beach. The beach chairs and towels there for our use were perfect! The rooftop grilling and dining area is also wonderful at sunset. Highly recommend!

Great Maui Stat

We loved our unit! It was very easy to book and the owner was very helpful! The view surpassed our expectations! The unit was supplied with trash bags, laundry, and dish capsules, as well as a kitchen that had any items you might need. We will definitely stay here again!

October get away

The property was just like the picture represented. Close to beach, shopping and dining.I wish there was a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, a twin was hard to get used to for a 69 year old woman.And a dresser would have been nice.

Wedding

The beach was a very Short walk. There were several shops and places to eat real close to the condo within walking distance. The seventh floor has barbecues and a great viewing area to see the sunset. I love sitting on the lanai at night, listening to the waves crashing at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was very roomy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back when we visit Maui.

Too Hot Condo

To start with, the condo was great except for one thing. We were unable to get the inside temperature cool enough, which made it hard to sleep. Though there were bilevel A/C in each bedroom, which could only be set to 70 degrees(coolest setting), the temperature only went down to 78 degrees. The living room and kitchen were in the 80's. The outside temperature was in the upper 80's thus opening the sliding glass doors wouldn't have helped reduce the temperature. The only thing that made it bearable was the ceiling fans. Also, to get picky, the couch sat too low, making it difficult to stand up. To be fair, we all are fairly tall and 5'8" to 6'4". To be positive, the beds/pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was great, the beach towels and chairs were appreciated and the plug-in's on the nightstands were handy. We wouldn't stay there again though due to the hot temperature.

Came for our daughter's wedding

This property was not only the perfect size for our family but is in prime location. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants nearby. The property was spacious, has all the comforts and amenities you need and has A/C! The views are so beautiful from the lanai. The owner was extremely courteous, patient and responsive to our questions and very informative. It's a corner unit which is an added bonus. We'd definitely come stay here again. Mahalo, Wendy!

Maui vacation with a family that needs options

Within great walking distance of food and shopping. Excellent proximity to Kamaole Beach Parks I-III. Sea turtles swam right past us on Kam III daily. Take goggles! Sunset views so are stunning, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else for this natural, beautiful daily event.

Amazing stay in Maui

First and foremost, they did not emphasize how amazing the location is! It is literally a quick walk to the beach with all the supplies you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. There are plenty of shops around to rent snorkeling, gear, boogie boards, and other items for other activities you would enjoy doing in the ocean. There was plenty on site parking, amazing to have a washer dryer in the unit. The unit was extremely clean. There was plenty of space in the three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The pool was great and refreshing. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent location overlooking ocean within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. The condo has all the necessary amenities for cooking, laundry and beach visits. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing views

You can’t beat the location of this property! It is across the street from that beautiful view and close to restaurants, food trucks, surfing, groceries, everything. I thought it was even better than the pictures showed. The property is well appointed. The pool is warm and everything is so convenient. Even shave ice is a short walk. Highly recommend McKenna’s Charters for the snorkeling tour if you are in whale watching season. The snorkeling is fine but you get whales at the same time. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the local offerings but we’re touring a lot. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for offering such a great property!

Amazing!!

This place was great! It’s walking distance to everything you need in Kihei, beach, stores, restaurants, etc. the place was really clean, and had all the ameneties you and the family need during a vacation. Great balcony to just hang out and hear the waves crashing looking at the water and stargazing. It is also a quick drive to different attractions. If you are looking for a place around Kihei. This is the place to be! BOOK IT NOW!!

Perfect experience

The condo is exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Having two bathrooms was extremely helpful. The lanai was nice because there was an eating area and a lounge area. The sunsets were spectacular. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and souvenirs. Great communication with the host. Would love to stay here again if we make it back to Maui.

Condo spacieux et emplacement parfait

Nous étions 6 adultes à séjourner pour une semaine dans ce super condo. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement à proximité des cours de surf, du snorkeling et des tortues. Le condo était propre et bien équipé. L'équipement de plage est un must et le lanai, avec sa vue, était parfait!

Excellent Location and Excellent Unit

Stayed for 7 days with our family of 5, kids ages 18-24, and it was a perfect setup for us. 3 BRs were great and the kitchen and family room were very spacious. Lanai was fantastic and we sat out there most days enjoying the view and breeze. Speaking of breezes, every afternoon the trade winds kick in and winds can get gusty. We loved the Kam1 beach in the morning and then if it got windy, we went on to other activities or drove to a different beach that was more sheltered from the wind. For us, Kam1 beach was awesome because the water was great, never too crowded and easy walk plus food nearby. Beach chairs were in great shape- we didn't use the umbrella because we were too worried about the wind. Saw many turtles at Kam 1 everyday and even had one come up onto the beach to sun itself right next to where we were sitting, which was very cool. Highly recommend this condo- great location, very clean, well stocked, and no issues.

We have always wanted a place on Maui to allow us to escape what can be long and dreary winter days in Seattle. We are so excited to finally be realizing this dream. We have been visitors to Maui for years and have found Kihei to be the best locale. Everything you need is within walking distance and being centrally located on the island makes it easy to enjoy a day trip to Hana or just a quick jaunt up to Ho'okipa Beach to watch the Windsurfers and enjoy a picnic on the beach.

We love the Kamaole Beach Royale. We stayed here for my friends daughters Senior Trip and stumbled upon this condo. It is steps to the beach and the pool is perfect for afternoon sunbathing. If the wind happens to pick up on the beach, our pool is protected from the wind and is usually very quiet and peaceful. KBR is centrally located and there is an abundant choice of great restaurants within walking distance of our condo. The fabulous Wailea beachfront path is a short distance away - why pay Wailea prices when everything you want is right here in Kihei?
