The coffee bar has Pike Place Roast and Bullet Coffee Decaf, five creamer options, and sugar.

The house is located in the heart of historical Xenia, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is 10 minutes from Yellow Springs and 15 minutes from Dayton. The Air Force Museum is just a quick drive away. We are right on the bike trail, and you can store your bikes securely in our one-car garage.
