Quiet street right in the heart of EVERYTHING! Typical NYC apartment added to the experience. Would stay there again.

Nice location

Nice little condo. No elevator and we had more luggage than usual as we picked up our daughter from college. Bathroom needs a full makeover.

Great stay, easy checkin and communication with host

Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and the apartment was super clean and communication was the host was excellent. Could’ve used more blankets, but I would highly recommend.

Family gathering!

The property was perfect for our family birthday gathering. We only had 4 quick suggestions. It would be great if there was more than one key to the main door available. It made it hard to schedule separate arrival/departures. And if the owner could supply wash cloths, hand towels and bar soap for the shower - that would be really helpful. Overall it would very clean and mostly really quiet!

Great Place to Stay. Wish the Owner Would Respond Quicker to Questions Prior to Stay

The location and cleanliness of the property are great. Nice location in Manhattan. A week prior to our stay I asked the owner if we could check in early. Needed that information to coordinate our flight into New York. Didn't receive a response. When the paying customer asks you a question, please respond in a timely manner.

Great location

Great location. Apartment very small. No heating except two portable heating units one worked well for the small the other didn’t work well not heavy enough blankets. So cold nights! An orange was left behind the couch

Excellent Location - Highly Recommend

I usually do not leave reviews, but I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place in NYC that is close to Time square (a 2-block walk), and basically close to all the site seeing places, Broadway, restaurants, Rockafella Center, Empire State building, etc. The property is a typica small NYC apartment, so it is big enough for a couple, 3-4 adults, or a small family with 2 kids. The place was very clean, shower with hot and had great water pressure, kitchen with all yours needs if your stay requires the need to cooks etc, and the communication with the property manager was timely and easy. I plan on booking this place again on my next stay in NYC as I often go at least once a year.

Great Value, great location

This apartment is a great value for its location. You’re just a few blocks from Times Square and just a short walk from most Broadway theaters. This basic apartment was way cheaper than a hotel for travelers wanting 2 rooms. There is a luggage storage on the block but we didn’t need it because an early checkin was available. Plenty of bodegas close by for food and snacks plus a Target was only a 5 min walk. Recommend!

Perfect location, Affordable, Clean, Lacking creature comforts

The takeaway: this place is affordable, in a great location, and clean, but lacks creature comforts. If that's all you need to know, stop reading. If anxiety about what will or will not be in your rental keeps you awake the week before a trip, keep reading. Stayed here for 3 nights with my two teens. Location is fantastic - less than 5 min walk to the 42nd St PABT subway. 10-15 minutes walk to the Intrepid Museum and many theatres. One minute walk to bodegas, restaurants, coffee, Target. The apartment was clean; however, the bathroom could use a refresh (peeling paint, loose floor tiles). The shower curtain is clear, which makes sharing the bathroom a bit awkward. That said, everything works. The beds are comfy. The sheets and towels feel new/clean. No hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen had paper towels, trash bags, and some zipper baggies. The listing photos show a Keurig machine, which isn't there. The only snag I had during check-in was the buzzer listed in the instructions did not work. The host responded quickly and had us use a buzzer for a different unit in the building. (I thought this was odd, but I'm giving the host the benefit of the doubt). There's only one key to get through the main entry door, so that might be inconvenient if you're not all together. There's no interior security lock on the door as there would be in a hotel room. It's a bit loud at night, but we slept well.

Perfect apartment for time square/broadway weekend

The management was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment is a great location . The apartment itself is nice could use some care and fixing especially bathroom with loose floor tiles and some mildew.. but if you dont mind an old new york apartments its perfect

Fantastic location, very clean apartment

This tops for location since you’re steps from the Port Authority Bus Terminal subway stop at Times Square. The apartment is well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. There are two A/C window units; one in queen bedroom and one in living room so twin bedroom should bring a fan or sleep with door open. There is a filter coffee pot and an electric kettle so bring coffee/tea. Host very responsive once stateside and very helpful. Very nice apartment and we will definitely come back!
