With two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, this cozy haven comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners. It features a trash compactor for added convenience, along with a gas grill for cooking up fresh local catches and a standalone ice maker to keep your beach cooler stocked. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the convenient Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your meals in one of the inviting outdoor spaces, whether on the lovely patio, the deck, or one of the balconies.

This coastal retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and plush bedding, ensuring a restful stay for all guests. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

Fantastic Property

The property was excellent - very clean and quiet in a great location. We were just a few blocks on the other side of 30A from a public beach access which made for an easy walk to the beach each day. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Great place close to the beach!

Great location close to the beach and seaside! We enjoyed our stay so much! Our teenagers had a blast hopping on bikes and going to seaside each day and the beach is 1 minute away on bikes! The bungalow was perfect with everything we needed for an amazing trip! Definitely will be back to stay here again!

Fun, family times!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation here. Recommend including bikes in the rental because this property is perfect distance from seaside. We rented them separately and Highly recommend those in the future doing so! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would rent again.

Nice change of pace

Great little bungalow, it was conveniently located near all of my favorite places I eat and go to. Parking is easy and not over crowded. The guest bath had the Sheetrock cut out under the sink, but other than that, I loved the space. I hope to come visit again soon.

Awesome location close to paradise :-)

We stood already three times at „the bungalows“ in different houses - but this time was the best one! This time it was a two weeks years-end vacation and the house is so nice equipped (modern, calm, functional). The weather was awesome - even on that period it was possible to stay in summer outfit at the beach. All in all we felt like being close to paradise :-). So we highly recommend this location

The Bungalows

The is a great house in a great location. The whole process was simple and easy. The only suggestion I would make would be to add beach towels and/or beach chairs for use while visiting. Everything else was nice.

Great location, clean, well-priced

The place was clean, newly renovated, efficient, and less “tacky beach-y” than you sometimes find (especially being dog friendly). The location was well positioned with an easy walk to beach access. My only note is that I wasn’t aware/didn’t realize it was in a little planned community where houses are kind of packed in and the balcony/front porch isn’t exactly private - but for the price well worth it and wasn’t a problem (just something I didn’t realize from the listing). Also, since this rental is via a rental agency after hours and Sunday contact isn’t as timely as with a homeowner but the agency was very helpful and communicative…

Compact 2BR 2.5BA. Very reasonable.

There are about 50 homes with the exact same floor plan. Lots of pool rules that seemingly no one pays attention to. Pet friendly. Neighbors were all very nice. Quick walk to gorgeous beach where JT and Carrot hold court. Suggest door code be given in an email, not a PDF. We had no internet service to open the attachment when we arrived. Coffeemaker takes a basket filter.

Great value for the location

The property is just as pictured. Very clean and had all the basics you need for your stay. Justin was really helpful leading up to our stay and responded very quickly to our questions. The walk to the beach is 7-10 min from front of unit to beach entrance. The street is partially sidewalked but not busy, and easy to cross 30A to the beach. Pool area is great for little ones. Quick drive to Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Unlike some other bungalows on property, this one does not come with a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, etc. It can sleep up to 6 but that would be very tight and the living room only seats 4 (and is not the most comfortable to stretch out and lounge after a day at the pool/beach). It's a clean property, great value but it's also on the older side upstairs with the decor, carpet and bathrooms.

Nice location but I’d choose another condo

The location is nice and the condos are nice. It was our first trip to 30A. What I wish I would’ve known: 1. When you walk over the boardwalk to the beach, it’s private. You cannot stay close to the boardwalk. It’s not a crazy long trek, but it’s not convenient when you have a lot of stuff to carry. 2. Parking isn’t next to the condo, you have to walk a bit to get to it. 3. You have to buy everything for your stay. They give you two trash bags for the week. They don’t have any beach towels. Other condos had bikes to use. You will have to rent. 4. There wasn’t an email with recommendations for the area, bike rentals, golf cart rentals. All in all, the place was fine. The big pool is nice. I’d probably choose another location in 30A that is closer to Seaside next time or is part of the “private beach” and has more amenities.
