Tervetuloa vuoria!

Vauhtiin lumi saappaat ja asettua rentouttavaa oleskelua Mountain Jewel, kodikkaassa yhden makuuhuoneen mökki erinomaisella paikalla lähellä sekä rinteiden ja golfkentän Big Bear. Yhdistämällä klassinen Americana henki ja modernit mukavuudet, Mountain Jewel on mukavuudet jokainen matkaaja voi arvostaa (hei, untuvapeite, K-cup kahvia, ilmainen WiFi, ja kaapeli-tv!).

Immaculate, päivitetty mökki Nostalginen Americana

Pysyä vuorilla on hyvää sielulle! Aikuisena, halusin jatkaa perintöä lapsuuden matkoja meidän perheen mökki - ostettu vuonna 1939 vain 50 senttiä - lumiset näkymiä ja jyrkät männyt, vietetyt lyömällä rinteillä, ja hyvinä aikoina hyvässä seurassa. Kun näin tämän mökki Big Bear, koskematon 1950-luvulta lähtien / 60 ja jossa on iso Metsästystrofeita seinille, tiesin, että se oli The One. Se oli "hiomaton timantti" varmasti, mutta kun koko arkkitehti johtama uudistaa vuonna 2012, päädyimme juuri oikeaan tuntuu ja henki halusimme yhdistyvät nostalgia perheen mökki modernit päivitykset ja mukavuudet vierasta.

Sink takaisin mukava sohva päivän jälkeen rinteillä. Mukana on myös moderni, keittiö mitään gourmet mielellään kuullota vuonna. Mukana on myös propaanin BBQ pienellä kannella lämpiminä iltoina.

Käsitellään merkintä ulkoiluvarusteet pitää asiat siisti. Makuuhuone mukava queen ja lehtipuun-ja-laatta kylpyhuone amme ja suihku tarjoavat totta hemmottelu pariskunnan pako (on myös yksi taitettava vuode vielä yhden vieras).

Kävele laskettelurinteet ja Golfkenttä

Kävele Snow huippukokouksessa tai Bear Mountain Ski Resort (puolen kilometrin päässä), jossa on bussipysäkki vain kahden korttelin päässä talosta! Myös lähellä, nauttia henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä San Bernardino National Forest tai tee ylös golfkenttä. Molemmat ovat vain muutaman korttelin päässä.

Mountain Jewel on muutaman kilometrin päässä kylästä, tarpeeksi pitkälle syrjässä tiellä antaa sinulle varsinaisessa merkityksessä erämaa ja hiljainen, jossa kirkas, tähtitaivas yötä rohkaista teitä kodikas sohvalla viinilasillisen.

Meidän metsäinen naapurustossa on myös lähellä muutamia ravintoloita ja kätevä kaikille ulkoilua oman seikkailija sydän halajaa: vaellus, zip-vuori, lintujen tarkkailu, maastopyöräilyä (pääsee hissillä), Big Bear Alpine Zoo, kalastus, ja paljon muuta.

Perfect Getaway Vacation Spot

First time booking a vrbo, great experience. Everything was super easy and the host was great with communication. Perfect distance away from downtown, everything was within a 10 minute drive.

Great Getaway!

Not only was the cabin super clean, it was also nicely upgraded and decorated. This is a great place for a getaway. I would definitely consider staying here again, as Lisa was great in responding to all questions and when changes were needed.

Worth every penny!

Quick Stay

Cozy little cabin had everything we needed. Just an overnight place for a ski trip. Comfortable. Easy check in. Excellent communication. Loved the fact that we could book a single night, as many require a two night stay, especially during ski season…on a weekend.

Great cozy cabin!!!

We loved this cabin, it was cozy, clean and nice. The kitchen appliances were complete. It was close to everything, snow Summit just few minutes a way. Absolutely recommend this cabin and look forward to book it again for our next trip to big bear.

Cozy and peaceful

Nice property great owner

My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay here. Nicely decorated quaint little place. Pros- near the village where we spent a lot of our time, quiet neighborhood, we felt comfortable there and would probably stay again and we have already recommended the property to other people. Only downfalls were the heating unit was either all the way on at 75 degrees and kept getting warmer while it was on, but set lower than 75 and it would turn off and not come back on, so we’d freeze. We had to make the house warm before bed and turn it off when we went to bed or we’d be too hot. Then it was 50 degrees when we got up. The thermostat wouldn’t “talk” to the heater. Since it rained most of one of the days we were there, we were concerned about the leaking window behind the fridge. Didn’t affect anything we were doing, only concerned about the water damage caused to the property.

Amazing

My husbdand and I enjoyed our stay a lot and the property was very clean and cozy. Lisa was replying to our messages right away and was very easy and quick to communicate with. I recommend it strongly.

Very dated and uncomfortable, but very clean.

Would my wife and I stay here again, NO. I would not use hand me down furniture, that should have been thrown out years ago. As for the cabin it was very clean, and the location to everything was good. The cabin is in need of a lot of TLC. We are still waiting for our refundable deposit from our check out date of 8/27/18. We had to contact Lisa two times and we were told she had to wait for the cleaning person to get there and to determine if there was any damage to the property. We had to contacted VRBO, and they told us the refund was approved on 8/31. VRBO told us we would have to wait 5 to 7 business days for the return on the deposit, not good business.

Pretty clean. Very small. No paved driveway or laundry facilities.

OK rental. Furnished with 1960 era furniture. First time renting a lake cabin. Perhaps we expected too much as we are used to 4 star hotels.

Great location!

This cabin was close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Has a great walking/hiking trail right up the street. Great location. Lisa was very attentive and accommodating.

Clean, Close, and Comfortable

This is a great cabin, very comfortable and clean. All the amenities and a good heater. There's a great little trail system behind the neighborhood and it's an easy walk to the Mountain. Lisa was very accessible and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Quaint cabin for a getaway

We liked the cabin for its quaint touches. Although it was small, it was well appointed with clean furnishings, amenities and lot of fun things to do (like read and play board games) if you are stuck in a cabin. Thats probably less likely though since the cabin is close to Bear mountain ski area.

Great little cabin!

Very nice, cozy cabin located up moonridge, about 5 minutes drive to bear mountain (that's without snow on the ground). Owner was very responsive to texts. We had a great time!

Cute and cozy!!

This is one of the first rentals we've stayed at where the place was even cuter in person than in the pictures!! We had such a lovely stay! It was cute, cozy, had all the amenities, and very close to the snowboard/ski area!! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making us feel at home!!

Beautiful cozy clean cabin in a great location!

My Fiance and I stayed here this weekend and loved the cabin! Its in a quiet neighborhood near grocery stores, the land lots of restaurants. It was really clean and updated, it has a great grill we took advantage of and a hammock in the back! It was perfect for the two of us :) Thank you Lisa l, we hope to be back soon !

Cozy Retreat

We enjoyed this cozy, quiet cabin in the woods to reset and unwind in a natural environment. The owner was very responsive and we look forward to our next chance to visit.

Growing up in Rockies I have a great love for the out doors. California seems to have everything from beautiful beach to wonderful mountains. My favorite thing about California mountains are the redwoods. I feel at home in the forest.

This area is full of towering trees and cute cozy cabins. I have owned a place in the area since 1997. I love getting away from the city to enjoy the outdoors. The slops are near by, the national forest is only 2 blocks away surrounded by the forest and the stars at night.
