Your entrance is under the covered porch to the right of the driveway as you pull in. You have complete access to your suite. Door in kitchen is non accessible from either side and is the dividing door between the two units.

check in time is 4:00pm Early check-in may be available upon request. Half days may also be available for a fee, for those arriving very early or checking out very late. Please ask for further details.

Check out: 11:00AM
-Leave the laundry to us; don’t mess with the blankets, sheets, etc. If you do use the bed please leave the blankets turned up so we know you used the beds.
-Hang up used towels on door knob and or shower curtain rod to dry.
-Please wash all used dishes.
-Please remember to clean out the fridge with anything you may have brought in.

House rules:
- Remember parking is free but at your own risk. The driveway is wide enough for two cars and your side is the right side (looking at the house). Please be courteous and park as far to the right as possible without parking on the grass. The water line is to the right of the driveway so please stay on it. If you have an oversized vehicle please contact me for further details.
-No parties without consent of landlord,
-No additional guests without approval,
-If you have a pet you are responsible for cleaning up after them and making sure they are not allowed on the furniture. You are/will be held responsible for any damage your pet does including injuries to anyone that may come on the property (landscaper, delivery services, etc). Please keep your pet restrained or don’t bring them.
-Absolutely no glitter allowed on the property.
-Please try to keep the quiet ambience of the property.
-No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house whatsoever. If you smoke outside please leave no cigarettes behind. A $500 cleaning fee will be added if smoking evidence is left behind.
-For all stays 30 days and longer a standard Indiana lease and a copy of a license will be needed.
-NO packages are to be sent to this property without my consent. There are plenty of Post office and UPS/FEDEX shipping options to receive packages and mail nearby.
-If a pet is brought it is not allowed on any furniture.
-If pet hair is found on any furniture a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. No pet shall be left unattended on the premises. Barking cannot be tolerated.
-If no picture is on your VRBO account we will require a copy of id upon booking. -Please wash all used dishes.
-Please remember to clean out the fridge with anything you may have brought in.
