Welcome to the Crown House, the perfectly located family-friendly rental just 6 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach with a private, screened-in pool in the backyard! Our home is a thoughtfully designed 4b/2.5b single family with space for up to 8, a fenced-in backyard, a BBQ grill, and a 2 car garage. All with-in a 5-10 minute drive: 3 Beaches, Historical Museum, Water Park, 3 Nature Parks, Marina, Largo Golf Course, Boat Rentals, Botanical Gardens, and over 30 restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops!

The Space:
*** NOTE - a digital rental agreement must be signed & completed prior to arrival. This includes providing a copy of a legal photo ID and an accompanying verification photo. You must be at least 25 to make a reservation and check into the rental.

Our family-friendly home is a large, 2100+ sqft 4-bed/2.5-bath fully-equipped rental with a dining area, family room, private office, porch and sitting area, fenced-in yard, BBQ, 2 car garage, and a large screened-in pool (note - not heated). Hard wood floor throughout the main home and sunlight *everywhere*.

PLEASE NOTE:

PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

POOL: The pool is available for all guests but is not heated. The pool cleaning service comes on Wednesdays, he will let himself in the back fence.

COMMUNITY: This is a private community. While the community has amenities, we do not provide access to these amenities. Please us our pool and if you need any activity suggestions, let us know!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard and back yard. Nothing is shared with anyone else not in your party as the entire home is private.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.

Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing including amenities and house rules. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests please do not hesitate to ask! We do not issue refunds for problems with the house rules, rental agreement, or rental agreement identification provisions after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Your entire stay is private. Other than us periodically checking-in by text or phone, you will not be bothered. We will NOT visit the property unless 1) you request us to or 2) there is an obvious emergency that requires immediate, on-site attention. We will always give you as much notice as possible if we need to stop by.
