The space
Immerse yourself in refined alpine elegance at this stunning, fully redesigned penthouse suite, available exclusively through Gilson Group—not accessible through the resort directly. Crafted with custom wood ceilings, luxurious marble floors, and premium finishes throughout, the residence embodies a perfect harmony of mountain craftsmanship and modern sophistication.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, this penthouse offers two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms:
• Bedroom A: King bed with private ensuite bathroom featuring a steam shower and dual copper vanity sinks
• Bedroom B: Queen-over-queen bunk beds plus an additional twin bed, private ensuite with dual copper sinks—ideal for families or small groups
Create and share memorable meals in the chef’s kitchen, featuring custom copper sinks, premium Bosch appliances, and a spacious island designed for gathering. Unwind in the inviting living area, centered around a sleek gas fireplace, or step onto your private balcony for panoramic winter views of the gondola and snow-covered Peak 8.

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
